Winners Overall The results from this year's Games are testament to many of the teams' hardwork, dedication and enthusiasm. The Games had its fair share of broken robots and closely fought matches. But here we bring you the final results from each of the events, as well as an overview of each team's points.
The awards, just waiting to be given out Special Awards Not all teams could be the fastest and most agile, but here are the teams that won some of the special awards up for grabs. Whether it was for the best engineered or best appearance the awards were highly contested and the winners of each show something remarkable in their section.
Event Winners The Assault Course The assault course was a test of good driving and steady nerves. Each team had a turn on the course and the fastest times went through to the next round. The teams who won this event overall really out-did themselves with excellent driving. And even those who weren't ranked put up a very good fight with many of the times being exceptionally close.
The Sumo This event was run as a best out of three affair and required robots to pull as hard as they could against each other, one on one. Entrants were allowed to add a little extra weight to their robots - although each winner was carefully weighed to make sure it was within the rules. This event was well enjoyed with lots of competitors planning their improvements for next year!
The Tug of War The Tug of War was also a best of three event. This event saw competitors getting their robots to pull as hard as they could against their opponant. It was a tense affair with much cheering and rejoicing as the teams pulled their opponants' robots into the ditch.
The Football Tournament The football tournament was the highlight of the afternoon with a number of spectators turning out to watch each match. The teams displayed excellent control of their robots, excellent tactics and very importantly they displayed an excellent understanding of the sportsmanship required for this kind of event. The teams worked very hard to make this a wonderful and exciting event.
Positions Here are all the points and overall scores from the events. Teams were only ranked if they scored points in an event. Points were available for comming first, second, third or fourth.
